The Ayala Multi-Purpose Cooperative, an institutional cooperative for employeees of the Ayala group of companies and its subsidiaries, recently partnered with the Filipinas Heritage Library to develop the library of CENTEX Manila. This is Ayala Coop's first croporate social responsibility project.

CENTEX held a "teacher-training institute" on May 25 to 27 in partnership with JPMorgan Chase & Co. (JPMC)
This teacher-training program is part of CENTEX's mission to share and disseminate "best teacher practices and classroom technologies." JPMC's participation in the project was in line with the company's employee volunteerism program.

School Year 2011-2012 marked the beginning of a promising partnership between Ayala Foundation, Inc. (AFI) through CENTEX and JPMorgan Chase & Co. (JPMC)
A generous donation of PhP 2.6M was turned over to support A Class of Your Own program for the Grade Six classes at CENTEX Manila, fund the Enhancement Programs in Music and Sports, and provide for the teacher training program for public school teachers in Manila.

6-May-2011 Microscholars complete Access Program
Thirty CENTEX alumni completed the two-year run of the English Access Microscholarship Program (EAMP) funded by the US Department of State's Bureau of Education and Office of Cultural Affairs.
They beagan their first classes in August 2009. The Access Program provided them over 300 hours of after-school English language training, intensive summer sessions, community service activities and cultural enrichment through local field trips.

Last March 29, all roads led south as CENTEX Batangas celebrated its 10th founding anniversary at the Batangas Provincial Capitol auditorium. The event was graced by the school's alumni, teachers, parents and benefactors.
