It was only when a modern dance school in New York accepted students of all races that Alvin took dancing to his heart.

25-Oct-2009 CENTEX, US Embassy support English program for high school students
For the next two years, CENTEX-Ayala Foundation, Inc. will run the FY2008 English Access Microscholarship Program (Access Program) which is an initiative of the United States Embassy in the Philippines and the United States Department of State. The latter through its Educational and Cultural Affairs office will provide CENTEX with approximately $34,000 to fund the Access scholars.
