Kindergarten Music class introduces to the students the concept of sound. Here, they learn to identify the difference between sounds that are pleasing and unpleasing to the ear. It is also during this time that they learn how to listen to the basic parts of music like beat and rhythm. By the end of Kindergarten, the students are already capable of clapping rhythms, identifying simple musical instruments, and sing different action songs.
